Pallet Repair Lines & Pallet Selection Systems

The Pallet Repair line automatically brings defective pallets to the pallet repair tables with a special two-layer conveyor system. After the pallets are repaired, the operator can send the pallet directly to the automatic stackers.
Automatic Pallet Sorting Machine can be easily combined with a pallet repair line.
The Pallet Repair line, which can be adjusted with the Pallet Sorting Machine, is used to repair Euro, IPP, LPR, CHEP Plet and Industrial pallets in 800x1200mm and 1000x1200mm sizes.
Depending on the line size and equipment, a complete system can technically repair 350 to 600 pallets per hour.
